Get to Know Ashley

Hello My Loves!

Welcome! I’m Ashley Sapphire, founder of Healing of the Divine Rose LLC. I launched the organization in 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, to offer a safe and supportive space for those moving through life’s uncertainties.

I’m a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Master Life & Spiritual Coach, and Certified Domestic Violence Counselor, bringing over a decade of experience in finance and leadership into my healing work.

My organization supports clients and students throughout the U.S. and internationally through several branches: Divine Rose Wellness Center, Divine Rose Mystery School, and private communities including Divine Rose Membership and The Unburdened Masculine.

In addition to my business, I serve on the Southington Behavioral Health and Social Service Stakeholders Committee, advocating for accessible and compassionate care in my local community. I’m also a member of the Southington Chamber of Commerce, the Prudence Crandall Engagement Committee, the Southington Local Governance Partner Community Table, and the Greater Hartford All Industries Networking Group.

My company collaborates with Prudence Crandall Center to raise awareness around domestic violence and partners with UCONN Health to support breast cancer awareness initiatives.

I reside in Connecticut with my children and our beloved fur babies. Outside of my professional life, I cherish time with family, volunteer locally, enjoy reading, hiking, traveling, lifelong learning, wine-and-cheese evenings with friends, and making as many memories as possible with my children.

My goal is to create a trauma-informed space—a safe haven where clients can heal in mind, body, and soul.

I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. For the past 11 years, I’ve worked as a trauma therapist, serving marginalized communities impacted by mental illness and addiction. Get to Know Emily

Hello fellow students

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 18 years, beginning my journey with prenatal yoga. I completed my training at West Hartford Yoga (WHY), where I discovered the profound ways yoga can support healing of the mind, body, and spirit.

With more than two decades of experience as a Certified School Counselor and as an author, I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others with compassion and wisdom along their unique paths. At my core, I’m deeply devoted to my “village”—loving fiercely my twin flame, John, and our two teenage children, Spencer and Molly.

I invite you to join me for a nurturing experience of movement, sound, and breath through yoga—woven with music, affirmations, and uplifting energy to support healing, peace, and renewal.

Get to Know Cheyenne

Hello Everyone! My name is Cheyenne. I am a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and clinical exercise physiologist with over a decade of experience supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom. After years of blending wellness work with corporate and clinical environments, I felt called to return fully to a more holistic path that honors healing on every level: physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.

My training includes extensive work in yoga therapy principles, whole person intake, and nervous system awareness. I approach each person as a complete human, not a set of symptoms, and value taking time to understand lived experience, patterns, and personal history. My work is grounded, intuitive, and rooted in respect for the body’s innate intelligence.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my fur baby, reading, gardening, being outdoors, and concocting my next herbal tea or cozy kitchen creation.
