Begin your journey into Reiki with a flexible certification experience that allows you to learn the foundations of Usui Reiki I at your own pace, while still receiving personalized instruction, practice, and attunement with Reiki Master/Teacher Ashley Sapphire.
This hybrid training transforms my traditional 8-hour Reiki I certification course into a combination of comprehensive self-paced study and a private 2-hour virtual session with me.
Before our private session, you will work through the Divine Rose Mystery School's Usui Reiki I Workbook and Self-Paced Curriculum Guide. Together, these materials guide you through the foundational teachings, concepts, exercises, and practices of Reiki I so you can move through the educational portion of the training on your own schedule.
Your studies will explore the foundations and history of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, Gassho meditation, the chakra system, energetic awareness, grounding and protection, scanning and cleansing, Reiki hand positions, self-Reiki, working with energy, additional applications of Reiki, and preparation for your Reiki I attunement.
Once your self-paced coursework is complete, we will meet privately for 2 hours to bring everything you've learned together. Rather than spending our time primarily on lecture, our session can focus on answering your questions, reviewing key concepts, practicing techniques, strengthening your confidence working with Reiki, and completing your Reiki I attunement/spiritual empowerment.
Your Training Includes
Comprehensive Usui Reiki I Workbook
Self-Paced Reiki I Curriculum Guide
Approximately 6 hours of guided independent study
Reiki exercises, practices, and reflection work
2-hour private virtual training session with Ashley Sapphire
Technique review, practice, integration, and Q&A
Reiki I Attunement / Spiritual Empowerment
Usui Reiki I Certificate upon successful completion
The self-paced portion of the course must be completed before your private session so that our time together can be dedicated to experiential learning, integration, and your attunement.
Whether you are learning Reiki for your own personal and spiritual practice or feel called to eventually offer Reiki to others, Reiki I is designed to establish your foundation by beginning with your own relationship with the practice.
Investment: $250
Learn at your own pace. Integrate through private instruction. Become attuned to Reiki.
