Enate School of Yoga
Learn the practice. Live the philosophy. Teach with integrity.
Enate School of Yoga Overview
The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Enate School of Yoga is an opportunity to study yoga in a deeper and more intentional way.
While many people join the training because they feel called to teach, others simply want to immerse themselves more fully in the practice. The program is designed to support both paths — offering a comprehensive foundation in the physical practice of yoga, its philosophy, and the skills needed to guide others with confidence.
Throughout the training, students explore yoga not only as a movement practice, but as a system for understanding the body, the mind, and the way we move through the world.
A Thoughtful Approach to Learning Yoga
At Enate School of Yoga, we believe that becoming a yoga teacher is not about memorizing sequences or performing advanced postures. It is about developing a deep understanding of the practice and learning how to share it with clarity, integrity, and care.
Students spend time exploring the foundations of yoga through practice, discussion, and guided teaching experience. The training emphasizes curiosity, critical thinking, and the development of each student’s authentic teaching voice.
Rather than rushing through information, the program encourages students to take time with the material and build a meaningful relationship with the practice.
What You'll Experience During the Training
Deep Study of Yoga
Students explore yoga philosophy, anatomy, and movement in a way that connects the physical practice with the deeper teachings of yoga.
Practice Teaching
Students gradually develop the confidence and skills needed to guide classes through supportive feedback and hands-on experience.
Community and Support
The training creates a learning environment where students can ask questions, explore ideas, and grow alongside others who share a similar curiosity.
Yoga Alliance Accreditation
Enate School of Yoga is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200), meaning this training meets internationally recognized standards for yoga education in areas such as teaching methodology, anatomy, philosophy, and ethics.
For students who feel called to teach, this accreditation allows you to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) upon completion. This credential is widely recognized by studios, gyms, and wellness spaces around the world, offering flexibility and opportunity in how and where you choose to share your practice.
Beyond the credential itself, studying within a Yoga Alliance–registered program provides a level of structure, depth, and accountability that supports a more complete and grounded learning experience. It ensures that what you are receiving is not only thoughtful and intentional, but also aligned with a broader standard within the yoga community.

Scholarship Opportunities for the
Enate School of Yoga Training
Yoga has always been rooted in the idea that these teachings should be accessible to those who feel called to them.
At Enate School of Yoga, we offer a limited number of partial scholarships each training cycle for students who feel deeply aligned with this work but may need financial support to participate.
Scholarships are offered as tuition support and are intended for individuals who are committed to showing up fully for the experience of the training.
Because our cohorts are intentionally small, scholarship spaces are limited.
About the Instructors
Enate began years ago, when Cheyenne and her mom, Amy, went through yoga teacher training together before Cheyenne left for college. It was something they shared early on that continued to evolve as their lives and careers took shape.
Over time, that foundation expanded. Different paths, different experiences, but a shared commitment to movement, health, and building something meaningful together.
Cheyenne is an E-RYT 500 with over a decade of teaching experience and a background in exercise physiology and human performance. Amy, also an E-RYT 500, has spent most of her life teaching, both in the classroom and in fitness and yoga settings. Jessica holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and brings a clinical, evidence-based perspective on movement and recovery.
Together, their backgrounds complement each other, blending education, experience, and real-world application.
Enate was built alongside full-time jobs, family, and everyday responsibilities. It reflects how each of them has lived and practiced movement over the years. Consistent, evolving, and grounded in real life.
At its core, Enate is shaped by their shared belief that movement should support you, not take you away from your life.
