Meet Your Instructors
Enate began years ago, when Cheyenne and her mom, Amy, went through yoga teacher training together before Cheyenne left for college. It was something they shared early on that continued to evolve as their lives and careers took shape.
Over time, that foundation expanded. Different paths, different experiences, but a shared commitment to movement, health, and building something meaningful together.
Cheyenne is an E-RYT 500 with over a decade of teaching experience and a background in exercise physiology and human performance. Amy, also an E-RYT 500, has spent most of her life teaching, both in the classroom and in fitness and yoga settings. Jessica holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and brings a clinical, evidence-based perspective on movement and recovery.
Together, their backgrounds complement each other, blending education, experience, and real-world application.
Enate was built alongside full-time jobs, family, and everyday responsibilities. It reflects how each of them has lived and practiced movement over the years. Consistent, evolving, and grounded in real life.
At its core, Enate is shaped by their shared belief that movement should support you, not take you away from your life.
