The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Enate School of Yoga provides a comprehensive foundation in the study and teaching of yoga. The curriculum is designed to balance practice, philosophy, anatomy, and the practical skills required to guide others with confidence and care.

Study of traditional yogic texts and ethical principles that inform the practice and teaching of yoga.
Anatomy and Movement
Understanding how the body moves, how common injuries occur, and how to guide students safely.
Teaching Methodology
Students learn how to sequence classes, give clear cues, and develop their own authentic teaching voice.

Throughout the training, students will have multiple opportunities to practice teaching in a supportive environment. Practice teaching allows students to develop confidence while receiving thoughtful feedback from instructors and peers.
